Easy Beer Can Chicken Recipe

Everyone loves beer and everyone loves chicken… well almost everyone. It just makes sense these two get fused together into one amazing taste! It sounds like it would be hard to do but beer can chicken is really just grilling chicken as your normally would with an extra step!

This recipe is so easy and is great if you are hosting people. It is trendy to do alcohol infused recipes and this is the perfect one for the summer or any time! Simple, quick, tasty, cheap to make and adding beer, what could be better!

You just need a few ingredients and can make this your own if you wanted to add in your favorite BBQ sauce, use it in a sandwich, add mac n cheese or whatever you love with your chicken! Easy Beer Can Chicken

Easy beer can chicken recipe that anyone can do at home! Simple quick and taste.

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can beer
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 lemon squeezed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Mustard beans optional

Instructions

Marinate

  • Salt each side of chicken breasts.
    In medium bowl pour in beer, garlic and lemon juice. Put in kitchen for 30 minutes to 5 hours.

Cooking

  • Heat grill to 375 degrees and place chicken breast and a pan of beans on the grill. Baste chicken with melted butter and then cook chicken for 10 minutes.
  • At 10 minutes flip the chicken again and baste other side with butter. Also, stir the beans.
  • After 20 minutes of cooking remove chicken and beans from the grill. Pepper your chicken lightly to taste and add your favorite mustard to your beans!
