Mix of workouts each week followed by happy hour.
Workouts will be different types of yoga, circuit workouts and general group fitness workouts changing weekly.
Instructors include Adelle Collins, Bodies by Brad from Shed Fitness, Dr. Brittney Mcgettrick & more!
Outside at Sevier Park. Northwest Corner of Sevier Park, near Kirkwood & 1oth.
Every Thursday at 6:30pm. If inclement weather, participants will be notified the day of and registration will just be pushed a week.
Single week drop-in – $15 | 4-week Plan – $45
OG Foreverland Participants – $40

- If poor weather cancels a class, your registration will just be pushed an extra week.
- Will look to move indoors in November if/when weather becomes too cold.
- Bring your own workout mat and towel
- Bring layers in case it is cold/warm.
- We will be practicing social distancing rules and you are more than welcome to bring a mask if you wish but they are not required. We will be limiting the workout to 25 people to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
