Take your very dry cauliflower and mix in egg, salt, oil, parmesan cheese and if you want to add into corn flour as well as starch.
Mix together with your fingers like a standard pizza dough.
If you have parchment paper you can use that on top of a baking sheet to bake the dough initially. If not, put dough onto a greased pizza stone or baking sheet and flatten with rolling pins or your hand to be quite flat around 1/4 inch thick dough. Get it to resemble a thin crust pizza as much as you can. Use corn flour to help prevent sticking. Bake the crust for 12-15 minutes. You want it over-cooked vs. undercooked.
Let cool for for 5 minutes.
Remove parchment paper if you used it. Then put dough onto greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
Add your toppings. Pizza sauce first, then cheese, then your other toppings.
Put back in oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool, cut and serve. You may want to eat with a fork and a knife as you tinker with getting that firmer texture.
