As you already know apple cider vinegar is a superfood but a lot of us think it tastes absolutely terrible. I was able to make a recipe bearable so much so that I have been able to commit to using it daily.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar or could use 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp raw honey or 2 tbsp
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper

Optional

  • 1/2 tsp shredded ginger

Instructions

  • Mix all in a glass and stir.
  • As mentioned I like to make this x 6-10+ and store in a jar in the fridge for the week.
