Apple Cider Vinegar Enhanced Superfood Juicing Recipe

Making apple cider vinegar detox juices is so easy and can such a great healthy additive to your daily routine. We all know the standard apple cider vinegar recipes out there and I wanted something even more nutritious since it is already moderately awful tasting.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice
  • 1 - 2 tbsp raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 - 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/8 - 1/4 tsp spirulina
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp shredded ginger

Optional

  • drink with a straw and save your teeth!

Instructions

  • Pretty simple here unless you want to juice your own carrots.
  • Mix all in a glass and stir.
  • As mentioned I like to make this x 6-10+ and store in a jar in the fridge for the week.
