Cooking On Grill - Oven Works As Well
Cook ribs at 250F for one hour. Flip meat at 30 minutes and brush extra marinade on meat.
While ribs cook, combine wine sauce ingredients into a container.
After ribs have cooked for one hour, place the ribs fat side down into a preheated dutch oven or grill/oven safe pan or on aluminum foil.
Turn heat up to 300 F. Pour in wine mixture and close the lid or cover with foil. Cook ribs for one more hour. Cook for two hours if you want them well done.
When there is 20 minutes left on the ribs cook time, add the vegetables to the grill.
